Pediatrics:
At Playtonomy, we support children in developing the skills needed for everyday activities, including fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and independence in self-care tasks. I work closely with families to create engaging, play-based interventions that promote confidence, participation, and developmental success at home, school, and in the community.
Adults:
At Playtonomy, we help adults regain, maintain, or adapt skills necessary for independent living following injury, illness, or life transitions. My focus includes improving strength, coordination, cognitive functioning, and daily task performance, as well as providing strategies for pain management, energy conservation, and adaptive techniques to enhance quality of life.
